Asendia has an ambitious sustainability strategy and is already 100% carbon neutral through offsetting.

"In January 2022, we took a big step forward by offsetting 100% of all carbon emissions. 95% of our total emissions are caused by our delivery partners, so we offset those emissions too. We are now focused on our next sustainability steps which include entering the SBTi process by the end of 2024."

Our UK operations

We have 3 sites in the UK handling parcel processing, order fulfilment, mail production and returns handling.

UK head office and parcel processing centre at Heathrow

Our large modern facility located at The Heathrow Estate is where we process millions of parcels for exportation, and is our UK head office.

Fulfilment centre in Bedford

At this facility we handle order fulfilment for a range of businesses, from online retailers to publishers and charities.

Mailing, fulfilment and returns centre near Southampton

Southampton is where we produce mailings on behalf of dozens of businesses. This includes polywrapping magazines, printing and addressing direct mail campaigns and packing promotional items.

We also have a growing fulfilment centre, and offer a returns management service.

We are proud to expand our offering to the benefit of our customers. Below are our recent acquisitions and investments.

ESW is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asendia.

ESW empowers the world’s best-loved retailers and brands to make global shopping better, safer, simpler and faster, end-to-end. From compliance, data security, fraud protection, taxes, and tariffs to checkout, delivery, returns, customer service, and demand generation, our powerful combination of technology and human ingenuity delivers quick-to-market, asset-light solutions for brands to create localised, direct consumer relationships across 200 markets in as few as 6 weeks.

Our acquisitions of wnDirect (UK) and Globegistics (USA) are excellent examples of our commitment to expand and enhance our e-commerce services. These two businesses were relatively young, dynamic and successful companies that developed their international parcel solutions through market-leading technology. This includes customs clearance and delivery duty paid services, and returns solutions, in addition to international parcel delivery services.
