Maximum weight of international parcels

Most international packets and parcels we send are under 2KG, but we offer services for packages up to 30KG. If your parcels fit through a letterbox (under 3cm thick) we can offer extra savings.

Our user-friendly shipping platform

We give you access to Asendia Shipping, our sophisticated, user-friendly, multi-carrier shipping platform which outputs the label you need, to get each parcel to its destination using the service your shopper has chosen. It also manages your parcel data, enabling smooth paperless customs clearance.

We can easily integrate Asendia Shipping with your fulfilment systems, as well as platforms like Metapack, and you can choose us for all destinations or just specific countries or services.

You've labelled your parcels, what next?

Once you’ve labelled your parcels, Asendia can collect them or receive them at our international distribution centers.

We then get them ready for the next leg of their journey by air or road, handle customs clearance, and handover to our carefully chosen final mile delivery partners.

Tracking

With our tracked international parcel services you have access to our online tracking platform where you have visibility of all your parcels with the numerous carriers in one easy to use system.

Asendia handles the first part of the delivery process; getting the parcel from your warehouse to your shopper's country.

Our delivery partner and customs agent within the country handles the rest. We have partnerships with dozens of carriers across 220 countries, but we provide 1 system to print all your labels and track all your parcels.

Your shopper will almost certainly know the delivery company bringing the parcel to their door or collection point.

Depending on the e-PAQ service you choose, it will be their national postal service, a local delivery specialist that is very well known in their country, or a world-famous parcel company.
