We have agreements with the most popular UK parcel providers in the UK (as well as around the world). So you can save on all your shipments and offer shoppers a choice of options.

Our larger Fulfilment Centre is in Bedford, ideally located for access to major road networks and airports.
We work to very high KPIs for picking and packing accuracy and will sign up to an SLA that you'll be more than happy with. We're ISO 9001 accredited and member of UK Warehousing Association.
We know that one size does not fit all, and work with our customers to provide as much flexibility as possible. This can include bespoke packaging, branded inserts, a range of delivery options, negotiated cut-off times, etc.
We can provide you with a costing calculator for estimating this. However we really need to discuss your requirements, as fulfilment is impacted by the type of products, number of SKUs, number of orders, etc.

We have deeply discounted rates with the most popular courier and postal companies in the UK: Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, DHL and The Delivery Group. Not only could you save money but you can also offer multiple delivery options to your shoppers.
International shipping
e-PAQ is our international parcel range. e-PAQ includes famous courier partners but also gives you access to packet and parcel services recognised and trusted in over 200 countries (but not necessarily well known in the UK). These services can provide better value for money and a more localised shopper experience.
